Long wear lip products tend to be overly drying and can look cakey on the lips. For the days when you need long-lasting lips, follow my simple steps:
Use a lip primer, or your foundation and apply a thin layer over your entire lip area. Blot away excess with a tissue.
Use your fluffy brush to apply a light dusting of translucent powder over the top of the foundation to set your base.
Use a natural colored lip liner to line and fill in your entire lip area, building your first layer of pigment on your lips.
Apply a coat of lipstick directly from the tube or use a lip brush.
Blot your lips with a tissue. Separate a tissue and hold the single-ply over your lips and, using your powder brush, press the translucent powder on top of the tissue, pressing into the lips. Apply another thin layer of lipstick.
Finish with gloss if you like!
